Before starting the application, Club Members should email info@ocodb.org to obtain your work credit discount coupon code.
After submitting the Application, you will be sent to a new page to apply the coupon code or pay for your class if you have filled in all the STARRED fields (most fields are required.)
You will receive a receipt by email. Please add ocodpayments@gmail.com to your contact list to avoid having it go to SPAM.
